The SM-2009 scissors & pneumatic type separator, we use the most advanced non-stress idea to designed it, it’s help to prevent the chap phenomena as the PCB separated by the general separator, it’s improve the PCB’s quality maximumly. It’s use the link-pole to increase the strength, it’s been driven by a small cylinder, it’s need a little gas, but the shear force is very strong. The upper and lower blade is linear blade, it’s can adjust the gap of the upper and lower blade from 0.1mm to 4.3mm. it’s fit in all kinds of different thickness’s PCB, it’s produced by lead-free materials. We can customized by the customer’s special demand, and to resolve the problems of the tin point, the parts or the circuitry of the PCB when separate the combined PCB and causes the risk of stress. It’s used to groove v-cut’s PCB, the structure is very strong, the balde and guide can make an adjustment for match the PCB, The separate speed can control by the user.
