The Flo-Master II provides top reflow and bottom panel heating for complete rework processing of SMT, BGA and Chip-Scale components. It includes a panel heater for reworking larger PCB's and components.

This heating system incorporates all the features of the proven high power/low temperature APE rework technology, providing controllable top and bottom heating, preheating capability, and the ability to create, store, and run thermal profiles, recreating those used in the initial manufacture of the circuit assembly.

Using the Flo-Master II, an operator may remove a defective component, and safely solder a new component to the PCB. The ability to preset, create and store complex thermal profiles ensures precise, repeatable processing, and a robust process, component after component, and board after board.

220V 50Hz (3600 watts) 20 Amp supply required.
