Complete QUAD IVc Mk2 Pick and Place Assembly Line

Three Pre-Owned Quad IVc Mk2 Pick and Place Machines with 120 tape assorted feeders, 5 vibrating tube feeders and one MT-20 matrix tray feeder elevator containing 20 shelves. Machine comes a Central Computer to manage all three heads. Also comes with an off-line Auto Programmer computer for constructing Pick and Place CAD files.

All three machines are Quad IVc Mk2 which are the ball screw actuator design.

-Each machine has the CyberOptics Laser Alignment for “alignment on the fly” placement operation.

-Each machine has the Vue3 (downward-looking fiducial camera).

-Each machine has an automatic belt transport form shuttling the circuit board through the machines.

-Each machine has automatic changer for six nozzle sizes

Head #3 has an additional VU4/6 (Upward-looking camera for accurate lead alignment of large IC’s)

Also included is an off-line feeder loader equipment and additional accessory items. Operating Manuals also available.

Machine was removed from production in a fully functional condition. Factory rated at 3000 CPH, Component Range from 0402 to PLCC84, Board Size up to 18" x 22". Buyer is responsible for all delivery related costs. Crating available at an additional cost.
