Apr 30, 2013 AIM Solder has added PHASE 4, Inc. as its representative for the complete AIM line of solder assembly materials in Arizona and New Mexico. PHASE 4 will provide AIM customers within this region with products, service and technical support to assist AIM customers in finding the best solution for their soldering needs.
Located in Gilbert, AZ, PHASE 4 is a manufacturers’ representative organization that has been servicing the semiconductor, electronics and aerospace industries for more than 30 years. Tom Dunn, Founder and President of PHASE 4, has many years of management and manufacturing experience in the industry. Dunn is a charter member of the Arizona Chapter SMTA and currently is serving as Chapter President.
