New Operating Interface (3DiTM) is used across Speedprints range of products. Using a high level of graphical display and functionality, 3Di allows the most straightforward set up of product and process. All product and process parameters may be accessed through 3D real time models and intuitive menus. As well as viewing the real-time activities of the printer in a 3-D format, the operator and process engineer may access all functions of the M/C through the 3-D image.
An example is the selection of a stencil within the machine where the user will be presented with a 3-D image of the stencil as well as available dimension fields. Here the operator may adjust dimensions and see the modification within the 3-D stencil image. The operator also may select the PCB from within the 3-D machine model and will be presented a 3-D PCB representation that can be modified and saved to a Job File. From here the operator may access fiducial or 2-D inspection parameters, making adjustments as necessary and saving to the file.
Offline Management System (OMS) can manage single or multiple machines and provides a real-time graphical display of machine activities and performance. It also allows the remote creation and editing of the printer and process parameters, allowing creation and editing of any parameters within a current or stored job. To complete the management of the process, the SPC module will monitor each machine and report a variety of graphical outputs to the OMS display.
Remodeled SP200avi While bringing a fresh new look to the SP200avi, this printer still maintains its reputation as the smallest printer in the market with the highest level of capability and quality. Additionally, it now includes internal storage for squeegees and consumables.
SPRINTavi has an increased level of specification with the introduction of two new options: 1) a new conveyor design capable of processing ultra thin PCBs down to a thickness of 0.3 mm, and 2) an adjustable stencil clamping system able to manage stencils from 29 to 23".
