Minneapolis, MN -- Defects caused by black pad continue to plague manufacturers. On Friday, Solectron VP of technology Srinivas Rao and director of process integration Kim Hyland will lead a special Web-based training session looking at methodology for characterizing black pad defects. The instruction is intended as a practical user's guide for determining if a failure is related to black pad.
