Aqueous Technologies’ Trident Series automatic defluxing and cleanliness testing systems were introduced in 2007 and have since been awarded two SMT VISION Awards, two Advanced Packaging Awards, one Global SMT Award, two EM Asia Innovation Awards and one Circuits Assembly NPI Award.
Aqueous Technologies was founded in 1992 and currently manufactures automatic defluxing equipment, cleanliness testing systems and ultrasonic stencil cleaning equipment.
