ACD, a leading supplier to the electronics industry, announces that it has expanded its team with the appointment of two new project coordinators to further strengthen its customer service. Charmoneik Gray and Shavon Brown have joined the ACD team, effective September 1, 2013.
Gray has more than 15 years of experience in related roles including team leader and account coordinator. Brown also brings more than 15 years of administrative support experience, offering versatile office management skills. “ACD continues to expand our national sales, so the need for customer focused Project Coordinators has become increasingly important,” commented ACD CEO Scott Fillebrown. “I believe our customers will see that dedication in Charmoneik and Shavon.”
In their new roles, Gray and Brown will interact with customers and internal departments at ACD to ensure that projects flow through the company’s process as smoothly as possible; and to achieve quality results by customers’ requested deadlines. Project coordinators receive input from customers that is used to produce the end product. It is the responsibility of the coordinator to distribute the inputs to the proper departments at ACD to complete the work. The coordinator sets up schedules for the project based on customer needs and ACD’s workload. Coordinators take ongoing feedback and make independent judgments and decisions regarding the details of the project, as well as determining the best practices to complete the work as required for the customer. The coordinator gains feedback from customers and employees to improve processes for future projects.
