Based in Greeley, CO, Tyler is the company’s newest customer service representative.
In this position, Tyler will interact with FCT’s customers by establishing and maintaining relationships, ensuring that customer requirements are completely met. He will help manage production and coordinate shipments. Additionally, Tyler will assist the company’s marketing team. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Communications.
