Each Mycronic Feeder Repair Kit will include: a precision machined aluminum side cover plate and matching barcode.
This is the only repair option for these feeders on the market and provides significant cost savings in comparison to purchasing replacement feeders. With each broken feeder, customers are throwing away money. Thanks to the introduction of the new Feeder Repair Kits, customers can expect much higher durability combined with significant cost savings and reduced waste.
The new Mycronic Feeder Repair Kits can be installed by the customer, eliminating the need for worn / damaged feeders to be sent in to Count On Tools for repair. This new system also allows users to repair feeders with broken finger tabs. The robust all aluminum construction of the new feeder side cover plate means greater strength and more durability. All components are precision machined replacements for the original parts using high quality materials and industry leading coatings. The MYDATA Feeder Repair Kits also are available for the 3.7, 4.0, 4.7, and 5.4 size Agilis 8 feeders. To take advantage of this service, customers will need to supply Count On Tools with Feeder ID codes. Count On Tools will then label each feeder with a matching barcode sticker to ensure full functionality with the MYDATA software and equipment.
