Proprietary Hybrid Auto Focus technology enables the system to intelligently focus on desired z-height without any mechanical movement from X-ray or stage, significantly reducing any measurement uncertainties.

The Best in Test Award winner that receives the most overall votes is named the Test Product of the Year.
