Featuring superior cost performance, versatility, reliable quality and easy operation, JX-100 is a inline machine originally designed for developing markets. However, at its price point it is well suited for NPI and low volume/OEM applications. The system produces maximum effect with minimum investment, and combines high versatility with a reasonable price, is easy to operate, and has a small footprint. It is optimal for companies starting out in surface mount or considering a used machine.
Focusing on essential functions and achieving high productivity in a compact body at low cost, the JX-100 uses the same highly accurate state-of-the-art laser centering found on higher end models. Featuring a smaller and lighter body, and a power-saving design, the mounter also has intelligent planning in the design that allows feeders and nozzles to be shared with other Juki models.
Able to place a range of component types that allows the production of a wide variety of circuit boards, the mounter provides superior flexibility that supports component sizes from 0201 (which are difficult to place by hand and inaccurate by lower end or used machines) up to 33.5 mm square. The JX-100 also features an automatic tool changer, which allows nozzles to be automatically changed during manufacturing according to the type of components (standard equipment).
The JX-100’s excellent durability and stability result in high quality over a long machine life. Additional features include component centering technology using laser, high-quality check function, and a highly rigid frame that resists vibration and supports accurate placement for many years.
Easy operation for entry-level operators is a significant benefit for users. A faster learning curve enables quick introduction of the JX-100 to any factory. It also features simplified data entry and a fully graphical touch panel that reduces the need for language-specific text. A touch screen is standard for easy operation by operators with little computer experience.
Premiering in 2005, the Global Technology Awards program is an annual celebration of product excellence in electronics surface mount assembly. Premier products based on the finest examples of creative advancement in technology are chosen by a distinguished panel of industry experts.
