BPM Microsystems announces that it now offers more flexibility with its Guaranteed Delivery Program (GDP) for new device support requests. With the improved program, current Annual Support Agreement customers have the ability to apply GDP credits toward the value of algorithm and socket card development as well as expedited release.
“BPM Microsystems continually aspires to implement creative means of unlocking additional customer value from our products and services,” said Chris Gear, customer service manager. “I believe that expanding the Guaranteed Delivery Program is a testament to our persistent customer focus and is a demonstrated commitment to our customers’ success.”
The GDP provides customers with a guaranteed delivery date for new device support in the company’s BPWin software. It includes support for standard and complex algorithms with expedite options in a little as two days. Annual Support Agreement customers receive up to six GDP credits that can be used during the valid contract period.
New device support is driven by customer requests using the company’s Web device support request form. Daily beta software releases allow all Annual Support Agreement customers access to the latest algorithm updates without waiting for the next full software release. The company supports more than 53,000 devices to date.
BPM Microsystems’ Guaranteed Delivery Program first was introduced in 2002 as a way to prioritize device support requests. For more information about the new delivery program, please visit the GDP Credits FAQ.
