The program will function as an open forum and will feature a panel of experts on the assembly process who will address questions and issues submitted to the moderator as well as those from the attendees. Their experience includes final finishes and soldering with leaded as well as lead-free solders, nano solders, pastes, and process equipment. The topics will range from substrates to final finishes, to bridging, to tests in order to determine the root cause of some of the more advanced defect types. Active attendee participation will be encouraged.
