DIVSYS International, LLC received the approval letter from The Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance, Compliance and Registration Division that stated that DIVSYS is ITAR Registered.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is a set of United States government regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List (USML). These regulations implement the provisions of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). The Department of State interprets and enforces ITAR. Its goal is to safeguard U.S. national security and further U.S. foreign policy objectives.
DIVSYS is proud to be entrusted with ITAR Registration. This is just one of the many steps DIVSYS is taking to set itself apart from other suppliers of printed circuit boards. Holding the certifications and registrations necessary to be “world-class” is the paper side of the coin. Having the in-house (Indianapolis, IN) analytical laboratory to perform product assurance testing (Green Light) on boards before they are shipped to the customer and performing the front-end engineering review of customer files guarantees that the boards will meet or exceed the customer specifications. The DIVSYS model is the technical equivalent of a three legged stool where the legs are academic credentials, real world experience, and good analytical instruments. Remove either leg and the model loses credibility.
