Multitest announces a new bowl feed module for the MT9928 xm gravity test handler. This option offers a state-of-the-art solution for temperature test of the smallest devices such as MLF2 and SOT. While Turret is the traditional handling solution, it does not apply when accurate temperature testing is required at hot or cold.
The installed base of this Multitest equipment is continuously growing for both existing and new customers. The bowl feeder module for the MT9928 fully continues the modularity of the MT9928 and ensures an easy kit exchange.
The MT9928 with bowl feeder module supports up to eight contact sites. For higher parallel test Multitest also offers a bowl feed configuration for the InCarrier.
