Medical Electronics Symposium Program Finalized

 SMTA and MEPTEC announce the program is finalized for the two-day symposium titled "Medical Electronics Technology, Personal Health and the Economy - Drivers for Positive Business Growth" and registration is now open.  The event will be held September 26-27, 2012 at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. ASU's School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering is co-sponsoring the event.

The Future of Medical Electronics Systems

Keith Lindor, M.D., Executive Vice Provost for Health Solutions, Arizona State University, will give the keynote presentation “Personal Health: Concepts Impacting Healthcare” to kick-off the first day of the event.  Livia Racz, Ph.D., Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, will present “Trends in 3D Micro-Packaging for Emerging Implantable Applications” to keynote the second day.
