Inovar Inc. announces executive team changes to further the company’s goals and mission. Effective November 1, 2012 .Thomas Carlin, previously President of Inovar, succeeded Blake Kirby as Chief Executive Officer. Kirby continues in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Craig Rupp, previous Vice President of Engineering, has been named President.
“The executive team (Tom and Craig) has consistently displayed the leadership and skill to ensure Inovar continues to deliver the highest levels of quality and service to its customer base,” said Kirby.
Rupp joined Inovar in November 2008 as an experienced engineering professional. He has more than 18 years of engineering experience working in both product development and manufacturing environments. He has considerable experience with both domestic and international manufacturing best practices. Rupp holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.
