The Small Part Handling Kit (TV1000-SP8-BD) is for parts as small as 250 µm. This general-purpose vacuum handling tool plugs directly into 110 V 50/60 Hz. The compact unit will handle a wide variety of optics, ball lenses and SMT parts used in the industry today.
Parts as small as 0.010" (0.25 mm) are handled without damage. A vacuum tweezer eliminates lost parts associated with mechanical tweezer handling. The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 10" of mercury with an open air flow of 2.3 lpm. The unit connects to ground automatically with a three-wire power cord.
The Small Parts Tips for Micro-Manufacturing Operations (V8100A-FS-110-DLX-D) feature additional pick-up power for handling small to very large size components. The precision pump and motor generate more than 15" of mercury. The compact tower design takes up a very small footprint on the bench.
An electric eye pen holder on the side automatically shuts the unit off when the vacuum pen is placed in it. A jack on the rear of the V8100A series allows use of the optional foot or hand switch to control vacuum during precision pick-and-place operations.
The TWEEZER-VAC® Dual Vacuum System (DTV-2000) is a general-purpose dual vacuum handling tool that plugs directly into 110 V 50/60 Hz, ideal for use by one or two operators. The vacuum system can be used with two different size vacuum tips at the same time.
The unit is capable of handling a wide variety of parts used in the industry today. The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to six inches of mercury with an open air flow of 1.7 lpm on each side. This unit connects automatically with a three-wire power cord.
