Kyzen, a world leading provider of environmentally responsible precision cleaning products for electronics and high-technology manufacturing operations, announces that it has been awarded a 2011 EM Asia Innovation Award in the category of Cleaning Materials for its AQUANOX® A4705 Neutral pH Aqueous Cleaning Chemistry. The award was presented to the company during a May 12, 2011 ceremony that took place at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center during NEPCON China 2011.
An aqueous cleaning solution designed with a pH neutral formulation, AQUANOX® A4705 is combined with Kyzen’s revolutionary inhibition technology to provide superior material compatibility. Additionally, A4705 is effective at concentrations as low as three percent, while being environmentally friendly and providing the lowest cost of ownership.
This chemistry was developed for use in spray batch and spray in-line cleaning systems to remove OA, no-clean, and RMA pastes and fluxes, including difficult Pb-free residues. AQUANOX® A4705 is easily controlled by refractive index, manually or when using an automated process control system such as the Kyzen PCS.
