PXH-1 is a high-performance screen printer that enables high speed and high accuracy printing within a compact frame. The PXH-1 printer is able to perform high speed and high accuracy printing in real production conditions, incorporating user friendly, easy to operateĀ functionality. It is also capable of printing for 0402 (01005) components with narrow pitch, BGA, CSP and other components that require high precision printing.
Small foot print: This printer is so small that it takes up a foot print of only 1,200 x 1,285 mm (3.9 x 4.2 feet).
Fast cycle time: The PXH-1 has a cycle time of 7 seconds (not including printing time).
20 µm printing accuracy: The printer's high-rigidity frame and table are complemented by the 2-camera calibration and other features to yield a repeatability of under 7.5 µm and a printing accuracy of less than 20 µm.
